This Mid-Century Modern lakefront home blends stylish design, smart technology, and laid-back luxury—with a delightful twist: you’ll be sharing the space with three lovable feline companions—Luna, Zelda, and Albus.

Built in 1955 by Sorensen-Fletcher, this one-of-a-kind home features original terrazzo floors (from a 1961 addition) and was a standout on the 2017 Retro-Modern Home Tour.

Important to Know:
This home is designed for cat lovers only. Our indoor/outdoor cats are part of the experience, and a trusted sitter will stop by periodically to care for them. Our youngest is quite vocal at bedtime and morning. White noise or earplugs is suggested for light sleepers. Weekly pool and yard maintenance is also scheduled.
