SI VAS A ORLANDO EN BUSCA DE TRANQUILIDAD ES LA ZONA PERFECTA, PERO SI VAS A LOS PARQUES Y DEMAS ATRACCIONES, ESTA DEMASIADO LEJOS, AL IGUAL QUE EL AEROPUERTO, SI TE GUSTA CONDUCIR Y NO TIENES PROBLEMAS PUES ES IDEAL... LA HABITACION ERA ENORME Y MUY LIMPIA, LA ZONA DE DONDE ESTA EL HOTEL ES SUPER BONITA.

Room so clean that when I spilled water on the floor, I wiped it up with a white disposable towel and NOTHING but water was on it. Room was cleaned every day!! Fresh towels daily. Breakfast bar was very well stocked with variety. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept perfectly every night!!!! Yhe desk staff was so sweet and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hyatt in Lake Mary for about three days. When we arrived to check in, we waited at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes before anyone was available to assist us. Once the front desk representative arrived, she apologized for the wait and explained that she was handling multiple responsibilities—working the front desk, tending the bar, and even preparing food for guests. Despite having so much to manage, she was extremely polite, helpful, and checked us in very quickly. She provided great service, but it seemed unfair to both her and the guests that Hyatt did not have adequate staffing to cover these different areas. As for the room, it was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we found the bed extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom was also exceptionally small, with barely any space between the shower and the toilet, which made it feel very cramped. Overall, the cleanliness and the excellent attitude of the employee were positives, but the uncomfortable bed, extremely small bathroom, and apparent understaffing took away from our experience.

The last time I was there the shower didn’t work and this time the toilet paper holder was broken and fell off the wall. And I noticed that upkeep of property is not maintained well.
