"My family and I had a really nice stay! Nice location, nice open view from the pool area, and the pool and tub were really nice! We also really enjoyed the game room - I taught my 12 year old how to play pool :) The master bathroom could use a bit of updating, but that's a minor detail as it's still nicely kept. Overall a very nice house; spacious, clean, plenty of amenities, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, nice gated community, with the main highlight being the pool and pool area! We would definitely visit again."

"It was clean and convenient. My kids loved the place. I will say that the air conditioner being capped at 72 degrees was annoying at times when it got really hot and the trash schedule was kind of weird. Oh and the remote in the bedroom wouldnt work sometimes. Not because the batteries were dead but because it wasnt a roku remote, it didnt match the tv. I had to use the living room remote sometimes. But overall we had a lovely time and everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the big kitchen table. My husband did say his feet didnt like the small tiles in the shower. The pool was super clean and cozy but not so small that the kids couldnt have fun. We even made friends with the neighbor."

"The check in process had changed weeks prior to our arrival and we were not notified of the new procedure. I called the management office (Saturday at 3:00pm) and had to leave a message that was never acknowledged. An email to management also went unanswered. I must say, they were extremely efficient when it was time to charge my card for the amount due. After contacting the emergency number provided, I was provided the “updated” check in procedure which involves downloading an app, registering it and scanning a QR code each time you want to enter the property. We stayed 8 nights and checked out this morning and still never heard from the management company. The house was generally clean but needs many improvements. The indoor lighting is terrible with many burnt bulbs and ridiculously placed ceiling fixtures. The living room sofa seems to be nearing the end of its useful life as well. The neighborhood can get very loud with music for all blasting way into the night and early morning. This rental is definitely a one and done for us, we will not return to this home or development. Oh, and by the way the back yard went on fire twice during our stay."
