"The pictures on the website are misleading of the property you might end up staying in. Our accommodation was more like a garden summerhouse. It was clean but very tired and not equipped at all. The three towels were all hand towels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when trying to use the terrible WiFi. We didn’t have time to use it but the pool looked lovely. The cafe served a nice basic breakfast. Great location near the beach. "

Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

"Looking at the hotel.com website it was not clear I would be stopping in a mobile home, not happy. I also booked this location specifically for a night out at a favourite night spot in Benidorm 'Benidorm Palace'. Because my Mum is registered disabled we decided to drive the car up to the reception area, and then got a taxi into Benidorm. The show at the Palace didn't finish until 1.30AM. When we retuned to the hotel we were refused access by car, and was told to walk to our mobile home which was...
