"This is a centrally located hotel in the old quarters of the city. We booked the triple room and were pleasantly surprised at how large and comfortable the room was. The hotel is a converted home from the mid 1800’s. It still has a lot of its classic touches, such as the flooring, doors, shelving. We loved it. It reminded me of my great grandparents home. The location was great and within walking distance to the port. They offered breakfast. The staff was great and super friendly. Parking was off site, but they have it all worked out. We took several day trips from Denia."

"The breakfast, pool, elevators and beds and bathrooms were lovely. Only things to complain about/ worn others is there drain cap was loose and the Wifi was TERRIBLE which was frustrating as it constantly drained my data. The tv dosent have many channels but it wasent a huge issue for us. The staff were easy and helpful however as we were leaving we were told we had to pay for breakfast despite doing it before hand which was an inconvenience."

"This experience was a bit mixed. Ranging from excellent to dreadful. Breakfast; Excellent - the quality of the food was very good. Dreadful - tables were left with used plates, bowls and cutlery, dirty tables. People had to migrate into an area set up for lunch as so many tables hadn't been cleared. The room; The excellent - a really large bright room, nicely furnished. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Unfortunately - dreadful - human waste on the toilet wall!! The gym; Excellent gym is really well equipped. But - no towels for hotel guests - unless you rent one. This was a surprise as having stayed in many hotels with gyms it is normal practice to provide guests with a towel for gym use free of charge. The pool; The excellent - a real quality pool, designed with a swimmer in mind. The hotel staff; The excellent - upon arrival, I think it was Rebecca, the process and her attention to detail was very good. Reception staff were generally very good. The waiting staff at breakfast appeared to be really demotivated. The hotel is in a great location with good parking."
