"There were 7 adults in the house. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and had plenty of room indoors as well. The layout lended itself well to spreading out or comfortable conversation areas. The location was great - very close to the beach and within walking distance of several good restaurants and a couple of little grocery stores. The kitchen had everything we needed. We, personally, did not find the mattresses comfortable."

"We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes."

"Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!"

"We loved the location and house that had everything one would need. The location in Santa Lucia, in a residence with 12 houses and a community pool is wonderful. House is hard to find so helpful to have help or more details before check-in. Mattresses and bedding not as comfortable as we wished but rest of house absolutely excellent!"

"This is a lovely place. Very clean. Great views of the sea from the pool and patios. Comfortable lounge with big TV. There is even a piano. 3 comfortable rooms - 1 queen size double, 1 double and 1 twin room. 3 Bathrooms (1 with huge jacuzzi bath). Airconditioning throughout. Lots of space to sit outside - 1 dining area upstairs off the lounge, 1 by the pool under shade. Beautiful pool that was a nice temperature in June. Amazing extra kitchen by the pool with BBQ, fridge, hob and even a pizza...

"This is a lovely property - an old building extended and modernised with a traditional-shape pool. The A/C in the bedrooms is excellent. There is none in the rest of the house but, as it is an old building, we didn't feel the need for it as it kept reasonably cool, even when 35 degrees outside. The house is really nice inside and was good and clean. There are two nice spots to eat outside - out front beside the palm trees, or out the back where there is a built-in barbeque. "This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. We had a great family holiday in Villa Ralf with 4 generations."
