Property great no issues. Good for two. Bit tight for any more. . But no kettle supplied or offered. Main issue is the managing company send out s series of msils on different dates asking for various bits of info, which i think should all be sent at once, as the last mail they sent, on yrsvel day, (so missed it) had details like where to pick up keys etc and that its not called hotel esplendor but some private block called albertros ? Keys were located some 15 miles away. Yes miles. Without a car n google maps would be stuffed. Snd yes you have to take keys back. The help line team were very good in helping me out, but slll the greif could be avoided with a better managemrnt and comms set up and a more honest advert when booking. L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage. Il est au centre, toutes les commodités sont à côté. Il est grand, propre et agréable. Il n'y a qu'une chambre qui n'est pas climatisée, il faut donc laisser la porte ouverte. Le reste de l'appartement est climatisé. Très bon accueil…

We had a lovely time at Sue’s property in Oliva. The house is fantastic, really spacious and well equipped with everything we (and our kids) needed. The roof terrace was great and the sunset views are gorgeous. We found driving through the old town right up to the property tricky as it is so narrow, but found lots of places to park at the bottom of the old town so left the car down there each day. The town is a good location to visit some of the bigger resort towns along the coast nearby, and also easy to get to Valencia. Thanks for a great week!…We had a lovely time at Sue’s property in Oliva. The house is fantastic, really spacious and well equipped with everything we (and our kids) needed. The roof terrace was great and the sunset views are gorgeous.
