We love escaping here from the main island and city life. We are always well looked after and spoiled with good coffee and food. We rest well their amazing beds and we find ourselves recharged after just one night. We recommend at least staying 2-3 nights to rejuvenate properly. There are a lot of hiking opportunities and directly across the beach. You are in the central part of the island so if you want nightlife on a Saturday night it is all withing walking distance. We look forward to...

This is the second time I stayed here and I will definitely return. The views of the harbor are unparalleled. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the more popular cultural sites. Definitely a keeper.

This has become my regular Hotel during my bi-annual trip to Auckland. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I love the location and the dining options, which are close to Britomart.
My only minor complaint is that I request a room overlooking Beach Rd however I am always directed to the back of the Hotel overlooking ugly buildings. But overall this is a good Hotel in a prime location.

On arrival from the cruise dock, we expected to have to store our luggage till check in. Our room was already available, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband. This was rectified within hours of him mentioning it. The restaurant was great and staff throughout the property were courteous and helpful. Our only issue was the touch pad controlling lights, aircon and window blinds. Maybe our age was the problem, as we found ourselves...

Always a great stay at the Travelodge. Really convenient location, great parking adjacent and cost effective stay. My top recommendation for staying in Auckland CBD.

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. Just be aware that there are extensive roadworks in Auckland and Uber drivers may feel uncomfortable driving directly to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and kind staff with all smiles. Even the lobby smelt amazing.
Rooms were faultless and stunning views.
Rooftop Bar was stunning and again amazing friendly staff!
The breakfast buffet was amazing too and we loved every minute at this hotel. Highly recommended and right next to main shopping street.

The remote destination of Oneroa is a great choice if you've been considering a holiday with the children. The beaches, island setting and museums are just some of the things that make this a good destination for family holidays. Arrange a flight into Auckland (AKL-Auckland Intl.), which is located 20.1 mi (32.3 km) from the centre of Oneroa.
What's there to see and do with your family in Oneroa?
While you are visiting Oneroa, you may want to round up the youngsters and make time to see interesting attractions such as Matiatia Wharf Ferry Terminal, Waiheke Community Art Gallery and Pine Harbour Marina. Make sure that you have lots of time for activities such as Half Moon Bay Marina and Barfoot & Thompson Stadium.
