Thanks for the review. We have started upgrading matresses in cabins so nearly all of our cabins/motels have new beds within the last 12 months however we do understand that we aren't going to please everyone with softness/hardness of bed. Glad that you enjoyed your stay in the park otherwise.

We are sorry you felt this way, the room that you booked is one of our budget rooms and we cannot stress enough to read the descriptions. We do how ever take on board with no chairs and the point of curtains being closed. This is a great option and will inform staff to do this over our hotter months. We do hope the rest of you travels went well.

Our wonderful team are all only human after all and are working tirelessly to ensure everyone's stay is as enjoyable as it should be. The way that the Omarama township is situated, the road noise is something far from our control however it sure bets living in the city! Hope your travel improves.

Thanks for taking the time to give us a review. All of our cabins are towards the end of the playground and jumping pillow which is just the layout of our park. This tends not to be an issue as we love having families stay with their children.

Thanks for the review. Yes most of our cabins are close to the road which is jus the way our town is laid out. This is the same for all other accommodation providers in town also. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and do hope to welcome you back again in the future.
