The room was really clean and modern, easy self parking and a quite location just off the main street. I followed the early morning scent of baking around the corner and found a cafe and a bakery litterally 2mins walk! The queen bed i found was a roll together of smaller beds, however unlike past experiances i was suprised to find this didnot detract from the comfort at all. black out curtains and great water presssure too - thanks

Best motel I have ever stayed at! Our 2 bedroom unit was perfect. Large, comfortable rooms with modern decor; powerful shower and a high standard of cleanliness. Craig and other staff were very friendly and great to deal with. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent motel in Lincoln. Lovely staff/owners who were super helpful. Lovely wee touches. Locally made soap and plunger coffee. Sky TV (full channels) and well equipped kitchen. Right in the centre of Lincoln. Couldn't be better placed.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

So happy that we chose Lincoln Motel. The staff were very approachable and helpful. Room service was excellent and everything was spotless. Love that there were many places to eat within walking distance and it's very easy to catch the bus into Christchurch Central. Lincoln has a charming small town feel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Lincoln Motel again.

Cricket tournaments

We were there for a cricket tournament and it worked perfectly. Very helpful, supplied us with deck chairs too which was amazing. Highly recommended.
