There was a lot of previous damage to the room along baseboards, night tables were uneven, and things kept falling off. Bathroom was spacious and cleaned well. Staff was very nice. Taxis were fast but expensive. For a short stay .. Worth it .. for a long stay, would suggest closer to San"

"Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were welcoming and available for assistance if required. Close to train station and a short walk to Plaza Cervantes. We enjoyed our stay here!"

"I won't recommend anyone to stay in those rooms. There is no bathroom; what it offers within the same room, divided by a glass door, is the shower, right in the room, and another glass door for the toilet. The sink is like 12" x 6", and the counter is even smaller. The room was so tiny that it was impossible to open the suitcase. It was like being in a sardine can."
