This is a comfortable hotel. The breakfast is delicious. There should be more airport shuttle availability between 8:00 and 11:00. On two occasions I wasn’t able to get a ride and ended up having to pay for a taxi.

Just be very patient with the shuttle it has stops at all terminals every 40 mins. I read very bad comments, but surprisingly it was all good. Shuttle convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice so I recommend.

Great location for airport layover. Many empty buildings around, so was unsure of safety while out walking alone. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had limited hours and limited offerings, so had to walk to other hotels nearby (within 10 blocks) to access food options. Airport shuttle was good, and was given a bagged lunch with the shuttle service. I would stay here again, though not if wanting to go into Madrid as this would require a taxi ride. The bus stops were not far, but too many bus transfers would be required for my own comfort.

Airport shuttle was easy to find on the way in but we had no service on the way out because it was already full when we tried to reserve it at check-in. We had to pay a taxi to the airport. Bad service, since one of the reasons we reserve this hotel was the free airport shuttle service.

The room was nice, airport shuttle organised for us in the morning which was punctual. However was told that to use the pool we had to pay for pool wristbands and a swimming hat and around the pool there was nowhere to sit and no sun loungers. Area around the hotel very limited- no restaurants and only one restaurant on site open at particular times. Absolutely fine for one night close to the airport.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that when I arrived at the airport and need their shuttle service, they didn’t answer the phone. I had to pay an uber to get there and when I arrived to the hotel at around 11pm, there was a very long line to check in. Anytime I went to the lobby, it was very full of people trying to check in and usually only 1 worker helping. On my way to the airport after checking out, there was a chartered bus giving us a ride, there was about 50 people riding it. So, the airport transport back, was great!

Closeness to airport. There’s a free shuttle service to the airport but it runs a set hours. You need to ask what those hours are if you want to use it. The window between rides is very wide. I had to take a taxi, about 20 Euros, because my flight time didn’t coincide
