"Kind staff, super comfy bed, good breakfast, clean room, great location and so affordable!"

"Nice accommodation in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. "

"Lovely little hidden "boutique" hotel. Rooms are large and comfortably furnished with both a coffee pot and tea pot. Dario, our host, was prompt, very friendly and helpful. Caution: the rooms are up two stories of limestone steps."

"We had a great stay and really appreciated the excellent communication before and during our visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Thank you for your hospitality – we would be happy to stay here again!"

"They were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much"

"I was looking for comfy and affordable and good city centre location and this ticked all of the boxes. It is not located in one of the better parts of the city but everything is within 15-20 mins walk and the staff are super friendly"

"The apartment itself is nice, highly refurbished, in an old and dark building, located at a dirty vincinity, with a sex club few steps away. There is a common living room, well decorated, but very hot at this time. The apartment is really nice, but everything else lacks quality."

"Ottimo B&B vicino alla Cattedrale. Pulito e tranquillo con una colazione abbondante. Le decorazioni di tutta la struttura sono meravigliose. Lo consiglio."

"Great location close to everything ."

"Very spacious rooms and friendly staff."

"Lovely b&b in stunning old building. Nice room with terrace. Responsive staff when we had a problem. Parking outside the front. "

"Great staff and location"

"Property was lovely and clean with plenty of space. The host kept us fully informed and provided food recommendations of places to eat. It was a 20 - 30 minute walk to the central area, which was manageable and the walk back at night felt safe so we had no concerns."

"The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments."

"The Hotel Owner is a very lovely and kind person. "
