"Clean everywhere and such a divine scent as soon as you get through the revolving doors. Welcoming and friendly staff. Was upgraded to a king from twin beds which was good. Great selection of options for breakfast. Early supper of gammon steak and fries and tomato, avocado and mozzarella salad with chili and ginger chicken skewers was lovely. Passion fruit posset was gorgeous. Made for a a lovely pre- theatre treat. Nice cocktails too made for a lovely, relaxing and memorable stay. "

"The room was clean-looking but smelled like sweat, and the smell didn’t go away over the two nights of my stay. The wi-fi was very choppy and caused some serious problems for me as I had important video calls that kept cutting out. I would like to request a partial or full refund."

"Clean, polite staff and well located, but lack of parking is a setback. Pool is dated and craving for renovation. Pool is in a different building across the road which is a university sports centre; not stated when booking. No towels provided at the pool. So make sure u get a towel from the room if you are staying at the hotel. "

"As lovely as the hotel looked and as central as it was, it was not in a nice area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though on the 11th floor, it was still noisy in the room. There were ear plugs provided with a note from the hotel, but they didn’t really help with the constant noise from outside. There were also holes in the curtains."

"Breakfast good, staff friendly, parking ok But room was not great toilet door dont lock & in the early morning some noises frm pipes or air con so bad was not pleased"
