"Hotel Keihan Namba Grande was an incredible stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests. The hotel is steps away to shopping, restaurants and Namba Station. There is a Lawsons conveniently next door! 10/10 would definitely stay here again"

"The room was the biggest I've ever had in Japan. The executive twin room had a desk and full kitchenette with a full size fridge. It is a little walk from the stations but nothing terrible and it is right down the street from Dotonbori, which is awesome! Staff was super friendly and the laundry was great! It actually dries your clothes and are full size."

Big comfortable bed, soak on a huge bath tub with a tv, big bathroom, shower with every type of toletrie you could want provided for free. Free alcoholic bar & cocktails, free buffer supper, free laundry & right next to the train station. Even had a massage chair in our room"

"This place was really nice. Rooms maintained. Only complaint was the tourist tax. We were unaware of it since it doesn’t show on Expedia. It wasn’t anything terrible, ¥1,600 per room, one time charge, at the time we stayed (Oct. 2025). I totally understand why they have it, I just wish it said on Expedia. This might be more an Expedia situation than the hotel itself. That said, I would stay here again."
