"We stayed one nite on our way home from our east coast vacation. The room was okay, but it was very loud when doors closed close to our room. Breakfast was good."
"Had nice amenities nice touches like French pressed coffee very accommodating. Gave us a nice snack bag since we missed breakfast and were taking a train ride through the adironddcks"
"Very nice spot. The walls are quite thin so you definitely hear your neighbors. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Convenient location in a very quaint town."
"Alan and Anne were such a wonderful host and would highly recommend them. The place is magical and the food (homemade!) is delicious! Would stay here again if given the opportunity."

"This was a 1 night stay as we were passing through. The staff was very friendly and the property is older but well care for. Room was very roomy and clean. Would recommend this hotel. It's near Coopertown as well, baseball hall of fame."
"I had a wonderful stay at the Pratt Smith House B&B! Anne and Alan were wonderful hosts. I enjoyed all of the antiques and objects of interest with which Anne (who, according to Alan, does the decorating) has decked out the house. So many things to look at. I enjoyed reading some of the history of the house and the area. As others have said, the breakfast was extraordinary, and served with a flair by Anne and Alan. Perhaps best of all was their wonderful company and conversation. I hope to be back soon."
