"Just like it's name, this B and B is alongside the Erie canal. The room was large, with a nice seating area had a kitchenette and a very comfortable bedroom. Little Falls City is a lovely area in the Mohawk Valley of New York State and is very walkable. I would recommend staying in this B&B if you find yourself in the area."

The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!"

"Property is great! Room clean, amenities stocked, ample close parking, nice lake view. Internet is a little spotty, but you can walk up the hill a bit and be fine. We'll stay there again the next time we're in the area!"
