"Breakfast was fine. We had flickering bathroom lights and toilet didn’t flush properly but in fairness, they are in transition. The AC was great! The bed was firm and comfortable. Fine for an overnite stay. The front desk staff maintained composure at a busy check in time. We stayed overnite twice. Plus was pet friendly."

"This is a very pleasant and solid hotel in the Syracuse area. The staff is fantastic, the breakfast is extensive (they had a machine that made iced coffee!!), and the location is quiet and safe. Room 207 was a well-designed and very comfortable room, although the furnishings felt a little out of date. There were also no USB outlets in the room, but these were minor things. I also notice a six-pack of empty beer bottles, that sat next to the side door for the entirety of my stay. I found it amusing, but they might want to keep an eye on that kind of thing. I didn’t try the pool, but it looked lovely, and you can even eat outside. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We got a superior King. The bathrooms were a bit on the small side (but the water pressure for the shower was AMAZING!!) as was the room but there was a desk and then an area to put up bags and stuff rather than on the floor. All in all it was quite comfortable. The staff was excellent as usual. This is our third year staying there and probably will do so again."
