6/10 Okay

"When I walked into the room, smelled and felt damp in room 105. The hotel was fully booked so changing rooms was not an option. The air conditioning helped some but not much. It was a short stay and didn’t stay in the room much only just to sleep, so managed. In the middle of the night can hear water running down the walls in bathroom and dripping in room wall near bed. Staff was nice when checking in. I didn’t have much interaction with staff. Rooms were clean and all appliances worked."

"Positives: The staff was welcoming and attentive. The hotel has a food area for breakfast and dinner and the food was good. Negatives: Water outrage at the hotel. The room also was understocked of coffee supplies and bathroom supplies."

"This property used to be the courtyard Marriott. Be advised that it is no longer that level of hotel. My first two nights were OK because of the price. The room was fairly clean and despite the loud air conditioner I like the location of room. However the air conditioner would turn on and off during the night leaving the room muggy and weird smelling The hallways were muggy and smelled of humidity. I asked to be moved to the top floor because usually that mitigates humidity in this type of climate. Again the new room had air-conditioning problems. The air conditioner was even louder. There was a roach in the bathroom. There was a ring around the bathtub. The shower didn't work properly and so the tub filled up while you were trying to shower. I pulled back the curtains from the window and found filthy floorboards and someone's underwear. Needless to say I didn't touch it Move on you can't win here. The daytime front desk lady is pretty friendly but again they don't want any complaints or have to offer any service. I won't stay again."

"This is the worst Hotel in the World! Do not stay HERE! The pics will have your thinking differently. When I checked in the staff was not friendly and then when I got to my room it was roaches in there in the sink. I was there for every bit of 5 mins and gone! Tried to get my money back and they will not give it to me. I'm still trying to get my money back. Its my money. I still haven't got my deposit. I have contacted higher up on them. I'm Pissed and they nasty! The damn drawer didn't close in the room, just Ghetto!!"

"I was charged way more than I should’ve been for this room for two nights. I talked to somebody on the phone named Diane and she said that they have something available on the first floor. She said if I was there in the next 10 minutes and still be there. I was there in five minutes and I got to the window, the gentleman told me Diane just left to go home ironic right? I walked into the room on the second floor and discovered that TV has been ripped off the wall as well as one of the cabinet doors in the “kitchen area “. Shower was dirty. The toilet ran nonstop. Shower pressure was minimal. The whole place smelled like we, but I don’t really have a problem with for the fact that I don’t like my clothes to smell like it. Because when I go to a clients house, they’re going to think that I am the one getting stoned. Lol oh well live and learn"
