"This property needs some love. The rooms haven’t been updated in years, I didn’t feel like the room was very clean (we found a roach in the room, the TV didn’t work and looked to be about 20 years old. This property isn’t Sheraton quality to me."

"Only few rooms downstairs are functional. Clutched toilets and flooded everywhere because there's lack of drainage. Staff on night shift was extremely rude and lacks manners of approach. Aside the staffs, we the guests were no more than 3 in that hotel the entire night. A hunted house would have been been better off"

"Outlets on bedside lamps didn’t work (for plugging in cell phones). Two bath towels only for a 3-night stay. Door frame in bathroom only partially repaired with nails and screws exposed. Bathtub partially painted. Rust around base of tub. Damaged “tray” that refrigerator sat on. Poor lighting in suite area. Trouble with security key-card for door."
