"We liked the cats that roamed the property and petting them. We enjoyed walking thru the woods at the end of the property and looking at the farm animals. We hoped to get some goat cheese but learned they have that seasonally. Hearing the sounds of nature and livestock was really cool, we liked to hear the goats, donkey, roosters and I think it was a really unique bird or small mammal chirp in the trees. Also enjoyed hearing a big rainstorm and wind thru the trees. We needed more blankets and...

"Front office working when checking in not very friendly. Upon arrival at cabin many cig buts in driveway and 3 dog poop bags on picnic table and NO coffee like advertised and NO TV, Was not told about cable being out till we left and messaged, Big disappoint. "

"The property has a lot of potential! It seem like the owner has put some work and $$ into the place. But the cabin requires much more work and a lot of creativity. It was apparent that the property inside and outside had not been well kept. Layers of dust were on the surfaces, 2 out three curtains in the living room were hung backwards and nearly ready to fall of the wall. The kitchen counter was gritty, the bay window in the kitchen was filled with dead inscects, but the refridgerator was new...

"The prior low reviews aren't very relevant, but here's my 2 cents. The house is actually very superb for the price. The parking spot sucks for a Diesel Excursion, but I made it work. The beds are semi-comfortable and sleep 6. However, the seating is only for 2-3 adults. There was also one cockroach that we found, but we're near the water, that's to be expected. I liked that I didn't have to spend extra money on pet fees and that it's not too far from I-45."

"We had a wonderful stay at your home and would absolutely love to come back. It made a really nice and close home away from home on our small vacation. During our time at your home we attended the Texas Ren Fair in Todd Mission which was only about 40 minutes away. We really enjoyed using the Hot Tub, Grill and the living area downstairs playing games. Thankyou for providing a wonderful home for our stay."
