"The place is clean and beautiful. Food at the restaurant was great. The massive rain shower head was phenomenal. I only had a few issues in my room, the front door was jammed and had to shoulder check it to open and close, the shower wand didnt work. Besides that, for the price it was great and close to MD Anderson. "

"I have stayed at this hotel several times as the location is great & staff is excellent but there is always problems with the property itself. This time the only electrical outlet on the nightstand didn’t work & the lamp where it was located had to be changed out. The accessible shower Is not user friendly & the hook to hang the hand held shower head was missing. In a previous stay the commode was the problem. The tech outlets are too far from the nightstand. The staff always responds quickly to problems but the fact there is always something is annoying. "

"It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I had to switch rooms four times. The rooms were filthy. The pillows smelled of decay. The doors were coming apart. I checked out the next day. My plan was to stay for 5 days but this hotel is in such poor condition and understaffed. The receptionist was kind and understanding but mostly embarrassed. It’s a shame this establishment places their employees in such an embarrassment position. Don’t stay there! "
