"Front desk was very helpful. Cleaning staff could put a bit more effort into the floors. The bathroom tile was visibly dirty, the hotel room floor left my socks filthy, and the shower floor felt slick. The free laundry feature was VERY useful, although I found the appliances a little outdated--they worked! Staff could also work on cleaning the appliances as well, some of the machines smelled or had visible remnants of past visitors dirt and grime on the glass. There is no street parking and garage parking is almost 20/night but that is pretty standard."

"Worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever experienced. Rooms were unbelievably dirty from questionable stains on the bed and carpet, garbage left from the previous person, stains on towels, bathroom door didn’t close, blinds didn’t close and we were in a room between 2 yappy dogs that wouldn’t stop barking even after making a complaint. Tried to enjoy the pool but no towels and dirty pool (bugs and trash in and around pool). The breakfast looked old and dry. Will never stay at a LaQuinta hotel again! It was so bad we ended up checking out early. "

"Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service was very convenient for us because my husband had several appointments at MD Anderson so we used the shuttle service to get back and forth."

"Great hotel location with very professional, attentive, and helpful staff who made the stay pleasant and welcoming. The room size was spacious and comfortable. However, the carpet and sofa appeared dated, and there was a lingering food smell coming from the kitchen area. Unfortunately, my allergies became much worse inside the room at night, which interrupted my sleep quite a bit. Despite these issues, the staff’s excellent service and the convenient location were definite highlights of the stay."
