"Staff were very friendly. There was some construction going on however it never messed with our stay. The river ranch was fun and the main pool stays open later. I would say the food items at ranch were pricey and no food is allowed. Overall a great resort."

"Love the hotel. Beautiful views, amazing staff, good restaurants and close to everything which i loved. The pool was amazing. The furnitures inside the rooms are old i didnt like that. My son went on the slide and he got a big bruise on hid neck cause of all the rocks on the slide so be careful with kid on that. But overall i will definitely be coming back but please fix the slide and the future."

"Allison at the front desk was so professional and friendly, and she helped us so much by making sure we were comfortable. We were in Phoenix for appointments at Mayo Clinic, and will be returning in a few weeks for surgery, and will definitely be staying here again. Ellen at Breakfast was great, too. She was friendly and efficient in keeping breakfast service running smoothly."
