Kelsey at the front desk was very very helpful when we checked in and explained every detail. The made to order Omelettes were magical. Love the pool!! Kelsey and Reese were super helpful and kind when we were locked out of our room just before we left.

It is an older hotel but they maintain it well. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Excellent hot meal on site included w friendly cook who makes a great omelette. The staff cleaning the dining room did a great job. Front desk also very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely stay again. Ohh and the rooms were spacious. Very happy with my stay.

I was at that embassy suites because of surgery in Scottsdale Arizona. The hotel staff were very warm upon arrival answered all of our questions. We went to the reception that afternoon at 5:30. Had free drinks on the Embassy Suites also provided a hor d’voures which was nice, a lot of fresh fruits veggies chips salsa. Our room was relatively clean however I noticed that I had spilled some coffee a little bit on the bathroom floor and that stayed until we left otherwise it was clean.

The room was nice and clean. I liked the living room and the furniture was cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Great pool and view of the mountain across the golf course. Great made to order breakfast. We’ll definitely be back!

Bar and kitchen staff were phenomenal! Tge hotel wax sold out the week were there and the kitchen and bar team were always courteous and helpful! The only things that were minimal issues were that the elevators always smelled really stale and you could tell the bathtub had been refinished because the respray was deteriorating.

We had a lovely large suite with what was described as a mountain view, but you had to look beyond the carpark to see the mountains in the distance. A good breakfast was included in the price, and shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again if I was in the area!
