"Our condo was immaculate and very large. Beds very comfortable, on the firm side. We had a top floor facing the golf course so it was very quiet and had lots of natural light. If you were on the street side, it would be noisier. Also close to the local airport so there was plane noise in the morning. The grounds aren’t lush, but well maintained. "We found this property to be in good shape, clean, very satisfactory in general. The carpets appeared to be in good shape. The linens we on point. The furniture was in good condition, and overall this was a nice location. While limited, the breakfast was good, we were disappointed in the daily selection, but overall it did the job."

"The hotel was clean however it looked like it was falling apart. The elevator was sketchy a the “security” doors did not work so anyone could enter. The hot tub was not hot and did not work. My kids enjoyed the pool, that is probably the best amenity. The breakfast was cheap but the room was ok. The air worked great although it was loud. It was the economical choice for us and you get what you pay for. "

"Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness area- you have to book a service to be able to sign up for a fitness class and it has to be that day. But all-in-all a very relaxing resort. "

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else."

"They need to clean out the carpeting Inside the Hotel it's very dirty, I was staying in a room with a sofa bed when I pull out the bed the mattress didn't have any fitted sheet. I have to ask for another blanket and another sheet. Aside from that everything else was good"
