"AMAZING property!! This house has so many amenities! We stayed here with our four kids (teens and tweens) and here is just a quick snapshot of what they did during the week at the rental alone: fishing, star gazing, swimming, biking, exploring the neighborhood, family game nights, used the hot tub, watched 3D movies and played pinball! This house is close to the highway for easy access for day trips to Sedona/Grand Canyon, but nestled away where you can enjoy peace and quiet or a morning watching the wildlife on the backyard. Virginia and Joe are amazing hosts and this is by far our most favorite spring break yet. Thank you for all of the starter items too - it was truly a “dream” from a mom’s point of view! "

"The house was great! We really enjoyed laying by the pool and being by the lake. Took the paddle boat out for a spin and fished off the dock. Often couldn’t believe we were in Arizona when we were there, it felt too tropical. The location was really convenient. Would stay there again for sure. The host was very responsive when we had a question."

"This place was perfect ! It was just as advertised, a perfect house !! The back yard was perfect for our family to get together with the pool, hot tub, tv, several different seating areas ! We really enjoyed taking a couple of pontoon boat rides ! The pool table was a nice bonus feature ! I could go on and on .... Made for a wonderful vacation ! "

"We stayed with two families for spring break, kids ranged from 9 to 18 years old. Plenty of space, well kept, easy check in and check out. Pool and hot tub were great, patio seating and music a plus. The fishing was an added bonus! 3rd cast in, they caught an 8 or 9 lb bass, followed by 4 or 5 10 lb catfish! "We loved the Paradise Palms house! There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our large multi-generational group! The kids loved the pool & hot tub - they spent so much time in there that we didn't touch all the games that they had available! The house is located in a great location. Close by to restaurants, groceries and other amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the host was quick to assist us the day we arrived getting everything set up. We will be booking this house again if we return to the Phoenix area!"

"We had a large family group with a baby, two toddlers, 3 teenagers and 8 moms and dads. The house worked great for our group. Teenagers stayed out in the basketball/workout bedroom space. The tvs were great for March Madness viewing. Only thing we never quite figured out was the lighting and music system in the kitchen for the whole house. Not a complaint. Maybe needs to be programmed. If you hit the button labeled kitchen lights at 6 am- you give all the rooms a wake up call with lights at 6 am. Ha! Otherwise- great, clean, fun local hikes, easy jump off point for shopping and activities."
