"We loved the location of this property- SO close to downtown and very walkable. The downside was that the alley behind the house is home to large dumpsters that had a LOUD garbage pickup at 5:45 and multiple deliveries around that same time. The windows are not sound proof and they were loud enough to hear over our sound machine. The TV in the bedroom with the door is also not set up so we couldn’t enjoy that once our toddler went to bed in the doorless room. We liked the flooring and wood...

"First family vacation to Michigan and it was amazing.This cottage is so cute and has all the amenities.The beach tops any other beach we've been on,we had the beach to ourselves all week.Only wish water wouldve been a little warmer.We enjoyed kayaking,fires at night on the deck,playing games and looking for stones.Its a perfect spot for day trips to Mackinac,Harbor Springs,Petoskey and more.Would highly recomend."
