The room was very clean and staff very friendly. The facility is really best for families, kids all over the place, which is fun. They had them all dancing in the lobby having a blast one evening when I got back to the hotel.

The room was nice although I've had just as nice a lower priced hotels. Great Wolf is geared for entraining children. The water park is for kids. It is expensive at $320 a night, plus $20 to park your car ( was I supposed to walk ther?).

Two 9 year old boys loved the water park. And lots of other activities, many of which like yoga or crafts are free. The popular ones like bowling, mini golf and the arcade are costly however. Paying $20 a day (plus 6% sales tax!) to park on top of already steep room rates is ridiculous given the location and huge parking lots! Makes no sense except as a money grab.

The lifeguards have really upped their game!! They are very watchful and they are constantly counting how many people are in a certain area. I really appreciate that as most water parks don’t do that. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The whole lodge is cashless, so come prepared. We also were unaware of the cost of parking at the lodge ($20 + 1.20 tax for each night) until we left and were sent an invoice. You are each given wrist bands instead of room keys and they have the option to be activated as a method of tap to pay while you’re in the lodge. You do not have to activate any or all of your bands. Overall a pleasant stay, housekeeping brought extra washcloths to the room unfolded and in a small clean trash bag.

It was a very fun stay, the wife and kids loved the experience. I can see it being very easy to get carried away and spend money there. The room was cozy and the kid enjoyed his bunkbed! Only complaint. For the price of the stay and all the money you could easily spend there if you book a room the parking should be free, but that wasn't a deal breaker. The rest of the experience was a phenomenal family trip!
