The inviting living room, adorned with recessed lighting. An electric fireplace, topped with a sizable TV, and a modern pull-out couch with a queen-sized bed offer comfort and entertainment. Nestled in the living room's corner is a convenient desk equipped with a charging station. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, bathed in natural light pouring through two sets of sliding glass doors leading to a screened-in patio. This outdoor space features decorative lighting, an overhead fan, and a picturesque view of the golf course, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. Furnished with comfortable seating, it quickly becomes a favorite hangout spot.

The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a coffee/tea bar, ice machine, and crockpot for added convenience. The kitchen island, adorned with Quartz counters and two barstools, complements the dining table, comfortably seating four. Continuing past the kitchen, you'll find the primary suite, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, an overhead fan, and a tiled shower with a dual-head faucet for a spa-like experience.

Located at Ocean Greens Resort. The condo is surrounded by 3 golf courses. One mile from the ocean. You can rent a golf cart and drive it to the ocean from our condo. There is a park next door with basketball hoops, trails and a soccer field. There is also a Pool.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit with a small processing fee or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Absolutely fantastic stay!

We were thoroughly impressed with the quality, cleanliness, and amenities of this condo! It was very modern and boasted many cool appliances and amenities within the condo itself. The area was fantastic and was very laid back, with only a few minute drive to the beach and a relaxing pool that rarely had other people in it. Kozy Getaways were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns and checked in a couple times throughout the stay. Overall, we would highly recommend and would definitely return here in the future!
