"Overall it is a good place to stay because of the location close of many restaurants like Hook & Barrels , groceries stores and golf courses like Grand Dunes . Room are OK and have great bathrooms. However some members of the staff need to learn how to smile to the customers."

They told me I could get a refund for one day and find another place to stay. There was nothing they can do because I used a third party. Asked to hear every year this is a very trouble visit for what I paid. On my reviews they sent me back AI answers I can tell. The manager told me through party needs to give a better information worst day ever. I had to listen to noise for three days. I asked the guy to stop, but he said he could not not in his contract."

"We had a great time. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Only complaint was the shower head lol. Definitely for people under like 5'6 otherwise for the price it was a great option."

"The staff were all very nice, everything looked clean, some things in the room could stand minor maintenance. The only real issue we had was the bathroom sink didn't look clean, it looked like someone spit in it and didn't was it down. Overall it's a nice hotel right on the beach and nice ocean views from the room."
