"My room was spacious and clean. I had a small balcony with two chairs and a table. The kitchenette was nice sized and could allow for an extended stay. I was on the 3rd floor so my view of the beach was through an alley but I suspect it would be better on higher floors. This part of the downtown is pretty active so if you need deep silence to sleep that could be a challenge. I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful which is always a plus. I was always able to find a parking space right near the door so that was great. You are a two minute walk to the boardwalk and that was my main attraction so I would recommend this place. It is a solid offering for the price."

"A place can be old but be a good place to stay. Not this one . Room wasn’t clean. Appliances needed replacing. Staff was friendly. They( midtown) was painting the place while I was there. But I don’t know if they were going to address anything else. You get what you pay for in some cases. "

"The room was nasty. Apparently the cleaning staff do the bare minimum… sweep, change some of the linen, idk…. Underneath my bed there was a fresh urine smell that I contacted to the front as soon as I smelled it… the first day of check in. It didn’t get serviced til the next day late in the evening. And all that was done was carpet sprinkle deodorizer was put near it then vacuumed. And I asked for another room and/or my money back and was basically was ignored. "

"This resort was amazing. The pools and hot tubs were always clean and not over crowded. The staff was very friendly and professional. Also, although you couldn't always park on the main level there was always a spot. Lastly, the view of the beach was breathtaking not to mention the ease of access to the beach. And we never had a chance to try any of the food. We are planning a return visit now."

"Yes, it was amazing. We had most definitely gotten th e best room. We were able to see the beach and the main area. The place was very clean. The staff who gave us the room were so kind, as were the other staff members."

"Ive had a lot of bad experiences before and never left a review on anything until now. Stayed here two times before and it was great. The last time was horrible. I was locked out of the room multiple times. The door ended up dying twice on two different nights. It ended up being 6 total trips back to the lobby. The room was horrible. Dirty floors, the fridge/freezer kept freezing everything. One electrical outlet not even close to the bed that was available to plug stuff into. Random people beating on the door all through the night. On checkout day I asked about some type of refund and was told “we’re sorry, we will email you” it’s been 5 days and haven’t received anything. All around, it was HORRIBLE. I do not recommend staying here to anyone. "
