"Hotel is in a good location travel to grocery stores, gas, fun things for the family was all within 10-20 minute drive or walking distance. The property itself is like most other hotels in myrtle beach and is run down and needs updating. The parking garage was tight but manageable, even for a bigger vehicle/suv/truck. Elevators were really uncomfortable and humid and took forever but the room was really nice and clean. Kitchen was adequate size and worked perfect for our family of 5. The staff seemed friendly and check in went smoothly. There were multiple ice machine locations and snack/drink machines that all seemed to be in working order. The pools were nice for all of our kids (ages 3-11) to enjoy. The indoor pool and hot tubs looked like they needed more water and werent as well maintained as the outdoor pool and kiddie area, but were still okay. Short distance to the beach, but only one of the showers to rinse off were in working order. Over all we would absolutely stay here again."

"This hotel is beautiful! 5 stars- right on the beach, outdoor showers to rinse off. Huge hot tub, water slide for the kids, clean pools, tons of outdoor seating. Waiters come to you pool side for you to place orders for food and drinks. They have an outdoor bar too! The hotel is so clean, delicious flavored water by the front desk. Also, when you walk in from the parking area there’s the most refreshing smell. I wanted to ask what they use in that area to buy for my own home. I would love to stay here again! "

"The staff at this resort hotel were very friendly and helpful. The entire site seemed especially cleanly, including the beach. The one complaint I had was rectified immediately.
There are plenty of amenities, including a coffee shop (the with Starbucks coffee), a couple restaurants, bars, gift shops, pools, easy beach access, and free breakfast buffet every morning.
The biggest issue I had with this location was the fact that there were only 3 elevators for the entire building, and staying on the 20th floor was a significant hassle to go up or down - especially since the staircase only led to the 3rd floor or outside. If you wanted to go to the lobby, you had to take elevator down from the 3rd floor.
There were a few minor issues like the toilet paper roll holder being very loose in the wall (which was annoying), and the very strange sound at night that sounded like a wood chipper chipping wood every 5 minutes for thirty seconds. All night. Every night. Also, the television only seemed to have a few channels and we couldn’t figure out how to find pay-per-view options. Smart phone TVs or fire sticks would be a nice option.
All around, though, it was a very lovely stay and we enjoyed it! "
