The view was very nice. And the drunken parrot bar and food was good. The pullout couch had an old T-shirt with throw up on it and pieces of chicken inside the mattress. Mattress was stained. The body wash was used/dried up in the bath tub and bottle empty. The fridge was loud and barely worked. The beds smelled weird like the sheets were not washed.

We had a great time however the coffee table and sofa were dirty. The mattress was horrible . The location is good with easy access to the ocean. We weren’t told before hand there’s a 10. a day parking fee.

Overall my trip was great!! The beach and surrounding area was also great!! The room I stayed in needs renovations. I would consider staying here again but after renovations. The staff was friendly I did ask for extra towels and never received them.

Great beach location and view. Very convenient to go from beach to pool and to the room. Property would benefit greatly from a makeover, because the location is awesome. Staff and friendly and very helpful. Would definitely come back here.

The hotel was very old, not very clean, lots of noise at night to the point you could not sleep. The staff was very friendly. The check in was flawless. I will not stay there again due to the fact it was very very old. Snd outdated.

Great place to stay for a quick weekend. Room was dated but clean and the location was perfect. Loved the pool area. Renovations were underway and the property did an excellent job of minimizing the effect on guests. Definitely will be staying here again and can’t wait to see the finished renovations.

Overall stay was good. Elevator could use some updating, it was old and squeaky! Our room was perfect. Large and roomy enough for our family. We had a suite and enjoyed the 2 balconies and the jacuzzi in the room. Not slit of activities at the hotel for small children outside of the outside pool, which they really couldn't enjoy due to the bad weather. Would be nice if the had some inside amenities like a lazy river, indoor pool, or arcade room! Parking lot was small and packed and they charged $10 a day for parking.

Property was extremely dirty. Torn wallpaper, mold on the walls, and the couch was too dirty to sit on. Baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in months if not years. It’s nice that it’s an efficiency-style apartment, however, there are no pots and pans to cook with. wi-Fi extremely slow. On the bright side, the location was wonderful. Right on the ocean in prime shark tooth hunting. location. Beautiful but crowded beach. Nice staff.

The pictures are probably 20 years old, the larger bedroom was musty and smelled awful. The property is right on the beach though and hot tub was actually hot so that made up for it. Thoroughly enjoyed the band at the drunken parrot tiki bar and while it took forever the food was actually really good.

Arrived at noon and was allowed to check in-plus! Agent at counter was super helpful and polite. Got to room-king and two twins with kitchen and side view. Stepped over trash on stairwell was there the entire time. Broom and mop propped against our door entire time. Door wasn’t even shut when we arrived. No hot water. 3 forks in a room that sleeps 6. All baseboards nasty or missing. Musty cigarette smell in nonsmoking room. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Photos on website must have been taken 20 yrs ago. Book another place.

The pictures are misleading. I was under the impression my room had a balcony and it did not. The room is also smaller than pictures portrayed. Hot tub was not clean. Property outdated but seems to be going through renovation. My room was clean tho.

The price was more economical than nearby properties due to what you receive. Ocean view was good, pool seemed good as well although did not use. Room furniture was okay although I felt an update was in order especially the bed. No room service and we performed our own maintenence daily.

Nice room. Great view. Couch and chair were somewhat sketchy so we covered them with the extra sheets. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool and loved the bar and live music.
