The new patio addition is great for hanging outside. Plenty of parking makes it stress free on street sweeping days. The house is clean and modern with all of the amenities that families need. "

"We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet (although hard to do on the weekend of the 4th). A minor issue we had was that the power went out and it took a while to get someone to help with that and we were able to resolve. Overall, good experience!"
