They have water damage in the house and they try to cover it up with chemicals and plug-ins in every room, but I just made it worse . They said they would send out a cleaning crew and bring an air filtration system in and neither of them happened.. it ruined our trip . "House is in great location, quick walk to ocean or bay and walking distance to restaurants. There’s a separate studio below so you share the garage and main door. Welcoming to pets but there is zero outdoor/yard space and it’s on a busy street so you will be walking down to the bay for all their business. Stairs and flooring mostly wood so it’s a little slippery for dogs. Two parking spots provided, but they are small so larger vehicles will not fit. Overall clean and main room large enough for...

"The property is located near all the action. Easy walk to the beach and so much fun. The street can get busy but not too bad. We had 17 people in 4 units and all did great. "

"We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us!"
