THE SPACE
This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home occupies the lower level of a charming duplex in Mission Hills, one of San Diego's most sought-after neighborhoods. Accessed through a private gate on the left side of the home, you'll find your own peaceful retreat with a private deck, hot tub, and grill. Inside, every detail has been thought through: memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, a 60" smart TV with all your favorite streaming services, and an electric fireplace you can dial to exactly the right ambiance. High-quality acoustically rated windows and doors keep things peaceful inside.

PRIVATE DECK & HOT TUB
Sink into the warm Jacuzzi as harbor views stretch out before you, watch planes glide in over the water, or simply unwind with a glass of wine while the city hums in the distance. Fire up the grill and enjoy meals on the deck as the sun goes down. Guests call this the best part of the stay, and we think you'll agree.

OUTDOOR COMMON AREAS
Head further down the property to a safari-inspired tent with privacy curtains, a fire pit, and seating for 12, the kind of spot that turns a good trip into a great one. The grounds also feature a putt-putt course, bocce ball, and cornhole. These areas are shared with the upstairs unit and availability isn't guaranteed, but most guests find them easy to enjoy throughout their stay.

Every stay includes unlimited adult and kid-size bikes, surfboards, and paddleboards through our trusted local partner. All gear is professionally maintained and ready daily. No rental shops, no extra fees, just wake up and go.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Mission Hills puts you within a 10-minute walk of Little Italy and Banker's Hill, both packed with excellent dining, coffee, and bars. Balboa Park, the Zoo, Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, the beaches, Coronado Island, and the airport are all 5 to 15 minutes by car. It's a genuinely central location without the noise or chaos of staying downtown.

GUEST ACCESS
Entry is through the private gate on the left side of the home. You'll receive your smart lock code via the guest portal prior to arrival. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the property.

GOOD TO KNOW
This home is the lower level of a charming duplex, so you may occasionally hear some movement from the unit above. Sound machines in every room take care of the rest, and most guests tell us it's a non-issue within a day. That central location does mean you may occasionally hear planes between 6:30am and 10pm. The acoustically rated windows help considerably and most guests say it fades into the background within a day. The home sits on a hill in an active urban neighborhood. Street parking is usually available nearby, though on busy weekends it can require a short walk.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking, no pets, no parties or bachelor/bachelorette events. All guests must be 25 or older unless a parent is present. - - Max 4 guests. Check-in after 4pm, checkout by 10am.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
