Holiday Homes in North Miami Beach

"This was a new listing by owner, so we took a chance and stayed here for 5 nights. We are happy we did! The location was great. We had a car, but can easily see where that wouldn't have been needed, with Uber being widely available and everything so close to the property. The room is along the intracoastal side in the Beach House, 3rd floor. "I didn't expect anything well appointed given the size, price point and neighborhood, but the property still fell below my expectations in many ways. The owners appear to be doing the bare minimum to maintain the property so issues like warped rotted floorboards, toilets that don't flush dependably, lights that don't work, and poor landscaping in the backyard all accumulate. the furniture and televisions are old and have seen better days. the linens/towels/dishware is sparse and of very basic...
