"A really nice resort style hotel that is across from the beach. Had an issue with my room when checking in. Very quickly, late at night, the receptionist changed rooms and made things right. A very large, nice and clean room. Awesome large bed and the pillows were very nice. Huge shower that had good water pressure. Even the rain shower head in the ceiling worked great. (That is rare in most hotels.) Daily housekeeping did a great job. I stayed on the 20th floor and the room was quiet. You really do not hear the loud music and Street noise when you are up that high. Beach towels are provided when you head out. I will stay here when I am next in Da Nang."

"We stayed at the Club Room with Ocean View, so had a fantastic view of the beach and pool. Wife had an issue with the bed on first night and requested a change of bed, and the staff changed to bed, the quilt, and bed linen so wife was happy with their service. The Club Lounge was good for breakfast and dinner with some variations in food so we were not bored of the same food. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool at the Club Lounge was quiet and peaceful, and the water was very clean and clear. The entire hotel compound was beautiful kept and clean. We stayed at 7 hotels in Danang and Hoi An, and this is one that we would go back to (but with Club Room for Club Lounge access)."

"Breakfast was a bit crowded, even had to queue for entry - too many rooms for the hotel breakfast restaurant to handle. Buffet breakfast was okay with some food variation from day to day. Can order your usual specialty coffee like flat white, latte, but coconut coffee comes with extra charge. Pool is large but water was not that clear - a bit blurry. There are a lot of broken tiles at bottom of the pool. The seats beside the pool had poor shades - umbrellas are too small to cover the seats. Rooms are fine and reasonably clean. Staff are friendly and tried to please."

At over 320 square meters, the villa felt incredibly spacious - perfect for a group or family - giving everyone enough room to breathe while still feeling cohesive. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool; it was a great size (not just a "plunge" pool) and served as our favourite spot to unwind in the afternoons. The setting is stunning, overlooking the pool and the ocean, and the food was fresh and expertly prepared. The Heart of the Resort: The Staff What truly sets this resort apart is the team. The staff made our stay truly incredible; nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for them. They anticipate your needs with a smile, ensuring every moment is stress-free."

"Room is spacious and clean. One of the front desk staff members, Tu Ngo, went above and beyond to accommodate to our request for help. Everyone was polite and attentive. Breakfast included various types of foods and beverages! The breakfast fruit bar was our favorite. It had anything and everything: dragon fruit, langsat, passion fruit, plum. What a treat. The resort has a beautiful beach front. It is located a bit far away from the center of Da Nang so there is not a whole lot of restaurant options nearby. But it’s a pretty convenient Grab ride to and from the busier area of the city. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with convenient access to the beach, you can’t go wrong with Koi resort! "
