"The hotel itself is not too bad with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Entry by car was hard to find and on my last day after checkout, staff was almost forcing me to take my car out of their carpark even though I have parked there for less then 24 hours and said if I left car any longer I will have to pay an hourly rate. Not great experience."

"Great location on the slopes. Hote looks a bit dated from the outside but is lovely inside. Nice room with private onsen, good breakfast and helpful staff. Convenient ski locker room and ski in ski out was great. "

"I wish we stayed here longer, the staff were amazing and helpful even with the language barrier. The location is authentically Japanese, or as close as possible. The Onsens were amazing and food was delicious. I was planning on gate keeping the location so it doesn’t become too westernised, but the place is too amazing and hopefully it keeps its Japanese roots. "
