"Hotel is beautiful, service is impressive, onsen is luxurious, and world class skiing is out the back door. If you want hi-end accommodations for your next ski vacation, you need to stay here. "

"It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. There are only 2 washing machine/laundry though, so if you forgot to take the laundry out, they normally put out a card on the machine to tell you get it from the reception."

"The staff and amenities were awesome. I booked it mainly for the onsen and it did not disappoint. They also had free washers for laundry. You had to pay to dry the clothes but 20 minutes for ¥100 was very affordable. I would definitely stay here again. "
