Older residence that had been updated nicely. Upstairs tennant’s were loud and inconsiderate between to hours of 1:00 am to 4:00 am. (Could could plainly hear their conversations, even though were not talking loud during the day.) Was close to everything that was needed for our stay.

Niagara Falls Vaction Site

The Location to the falls is great. The location is walking distance to the falls. The home is nice and cozy. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend this location

Amazing Stay

We stayed here for a mini getaway and it was above our expectations. The apartment was clean, stocked with necessities and it was very quiet. The property manager reached out to check in to make sure everything was okay during our stay which we appreciated. We requested additional towels and they were provided with no issues. We would definitely stay again when we return. Thank you for making this a stress free stay. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5.

Nice place in ghetto neighborhood

The rental property/space was nicely renovated, and the pictures were very accurate. BUT there were street people going through garbage, pushing their baskarts and multiple boarded up houses on the street. I was afraid to go outside after dark. VRBO said they would refund my because of the safety issue. I’m waiting on refund hoping it goes through by Monday.

We stayed only a half hour, then decided to book a room at the Cambria Hotel for the following reasons:1. The location of the apartment is on the first floor of a duplex, across the way from an empty lot and on a street that is interspersed with houses in disrepair.2. One of the three large kitchen windows was left unlocked. There are two window A/C units (1in bedroom, 1 in living room) that are not locked down. Given that this apartment is on the first floor, these are major safety issues.3. The toilet bowl had toilet paper floating in it, appearing to have been used recently. This is unacceptable.4. The living room couch had about a foot-long tear on the seat so that the foam was visible. This requires repair.
