Nestle into our Roost, high above the busy-ness, with magnificent sea views to watch it all roll by. Ideal for a relaxing getaway - refined and stylish 2-bedroom accommodation, with comfortable amenities.
Free Wi-fi. full kitchen, indoor wood burner. Stereo. All you need with nothing you don`t.

For those looking for retreat, relaxation or inspiration. Relax till the last minute with our Cleaning fee ~ Linen hire, beds made up on arrival. We`ll sort the departure clean and dirty linen too.

While there is ample room for the boat, with these views and the quiet comfort, you may decide to stay home.
Sleeps 4 with large Main bedroom with Queen bed and a 2nd living area with TV and couch which converts into sturdy, comfortable Double bed.

Sun drenched deck, Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture. Cosy fireplace for the winter and intimate open plan kitchen/dining and living areas. Take the time to make time at this private retreat.

Magnificent panoramic views from this Roost above the clouds. 20 minute drive from Sandy golden beaches in Sandy Bay and Matapouri Bay.

Linen and Departure Clean provided.
BYO firewood - but available on enquiry.

You`ll have full private access to the home during your stay.

Linen Hire is included with all bookings.

The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked. Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.
If you require any additional linen changes during your stay then this will incur extra costs as per our terms and conditions.

Prior to arrival we will email you the Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.

Wonderful stay!

The Roost is a cozy and lovely property located high in the hills above Tutukaka.It’s a beautiful and peaceful location but those unfamiliar with the terrain should know that it’s a good 20 minute drive to any amenities. It didn’t bother us because we knew the area, and it shouldn’t deter you from staying as long as you prepare in advance with whatever supplies you may need. We had a great stay for 4 nights!

Little piece of paradise in Tutukaka

If tranquility is what you are after then The Roost is the perfect place to visit. With all the mod cons and a picturesque setting with spectacular views, you couldnt ask for more.
