Ngunguru Delight

Pleasant, comfortable and fully self contained bed/sit apartment. This warm, sunny unit includes couch and TV with kitchen, fridge, microwave, portable cook top and all accessories. Attached is own private deck with small tropical garden. A swim in the estuary is only 30 metres down the shared drive and across the road. General store and food outlets 100 metres away as is Sports Complex, bar and restaurant. Perfect base to explore the world famous Tutukaka Coast or Hundertwasser museum on the Whangarei waterfront. Unit is lower story and completely private from main house. It has either private or shared entrance from the carport which provides off road parking.
