"Surprised me to see using plastic cutlery paper cups with plastic coating Dove brand for bathroom facilities all of which are bad for the environment I think all businesses need to be working toward an environment and sustainability for generations to come. Reception were friendly and accommodating and the staff in the breakfast room were not friendly and accommodating. It’s the first time I’ve entered my room in any hotel where my bed had not been remade. I always make a point of leaving a room tidy when I leave ready for the maids. The maids when leaving the room were always smiling and welcoming. "

This is the best family rental in Newport. 4 beach cruisers, plenty of boogie boards for everyone, two surboards (mid length & long board), at least 6 beach chairs, two umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels, board games, cards & chips, gas bbq, two car garage, full kitchen with utensils, drip coffee & kcup machine. Steps to beach, surfing, restaurants, grocery store, bars, donuts...place has it all, just bring clothes and food. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. Take a step back in time and make some family memories at this original beach cottage! Cant wait to come back!"
