"Great location and a strong meetings/events team, but the overall hotel experience lacked consistency during my six-night stay. I facilitated a leadership programme in the Glasshouse and the support there was excellent throughout — attentive, professional and well organised. Unfortunately, the wider guest experience felt less polished. The fitness room repeatedly ran out of towels and cups (even after feedback was given), water bottles in the room were not replenished, linens were not changed during the stay, and some outdoor areas were left uncleared for days. None of these issues were major individually, but hospitality is often defined by attention to small details, and those details matter. There is a lot to like about the property and the team were always pleasant, but the hotel would benefit from greater operational discipline and consistency across the guest experience."

"the house was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Cleaning lady sent back. Still not completely cleaned - sand still on comforter, couch. Some of other areas of concern had already been cleaned by my daughter.I asked for cleaning fee refund but have not heard back. Was willing to take later checkout instead of cleaning fee but presume the automated response system did not understand request. Place was smaller than it lookedLiving room couch and chairs had stains on them"

"The view was good, but some things were not, like the refrigerator, which was old and rusted. The ceiling in one of the bathrooms was leaking. The door to the master bedroom's bathroom was broken at the bottom. It would have been better if they had upgraded the rooms and bathrooms. I don't think the price is worth it. Don't get me wrong, the view is nice, but that's about it. The people upstairs were loud, had their kids running around, and were moving furniture around all night. Another thing: the furniture was dirty."

"This property is absolutely beautiful right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Loved every minute. Jason was an amazing host. No trouble checking in. A few suggestions as I have seen from other reviews… with the salt air the outside furnitureis definitely a bit rusty. It needs to be updated.lI have rented, other VRBO‘s in many cities and the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries for the shower. I brought my own, so it was not an issue, but that might be a nice touch like shower gel and shampoo, but overall rating is a five and I would go back again. Location is amazing."

"Best thing is the location, a short, easy walk to the beach. Worst thing is the tight parking. I was lucky to find street parking as I would not want to have to squeeze a second car in! The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the selection of games and toys. Only two small quibbles - I had asked if there was coffee and told yes, but there wasn't. Fortunately a good coffee place nearby! Also, I had asked about beach toys and didn't get an answer - there were plenty of shovels and rakes and so on, but no pails. Other than those two small things, we loved our stay."
