"Host was wonderful!!, Duffy was super fun and house had many other benefits like kayaks and paddle boards. Clean and cute! Just some details to note: no AC if temps are high (just portable fans), and no water view from inside… must go out to back of house patio to see water. Must go up many steep stairs to access this... this is 2 bedroom apartment above main house with your own entrance. Beach is close. Store and restaurants close, and great park amenities for kids almost next door."

"The house was just as described and very convenient for beach access, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was great for making small meals, the beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great. Since the house faces a busy street, traffic noise was considerable, especially during the weekend in the summer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home."

"The view and the proximity of this property cannot be beat. There is a unit above (we didn't hear a peep), and the garage is shared (but it's very large). The property management company is very attentive and responsive - as someone in the real estate industry, I was impressed. We had a couple of uncontrollable issues with the home that the PM company and owner took care of quickly upon notice. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances worked well. If I were to make a suggestion to the PM company/owner, I would replace many of the older beach items in the garage and perhaps a few items in the kitchen (utensils, cooking items), and interior paint before next visitor season. Overall, this is an outstanding property to park once / walk everywhere. The ease of beach access and the people watching from the porch is unmatched. There are easy to operate blinds for evening privacy."
