"Overall, we enjoyed our week at the beach in this property. Some observations are the furniture inside is old. The sofa is uncomfortable and the chair is old and uncomfortable. The outdoor chairs are rickety and old and need to be replaced. In the kitchen, it was fairly well appointed, but there was a shortage of some of the utensils you would normally expect in a well furnished unit. Finally, the garage door opener was not available to us, so we all every time we came in we had to go into the garage, open the door, and pull in the car, then close the garage, then close the door, then go inside. It would be much easier to be given a portable transponder to open and close the garage door. I realize this could create problems with missing transponders, but for a property of this price, it should be easy and that's what we felt like about the furnishings. They should be top notch for the kind of money we were paying. However, the management was super responsive and we had, as I said, a good stay at the beach"
