"Check in desk rude and abrupt and unwelcoming. Took 30 minutes to check in with only one guest ahead of us. Lost my luggage and panicked trying to dig through their storage room trying to find them! Otherwise, lovely property. "

"Great location and a strong meetings/events team, but the overall hotel experience lacked consistency during my six-night stay. I facilitated a leadership programme in the Glasshouse and the support there was excellent throughout — attentive, professional and well organised. Unfortunately, the wider guest experience felt less polished. The fitness room repeatedly ran out of towels and cups (even after feedback was given), water bottles in the room were not replenished, linens were not changed during the stay, and some outdoor areas were left uncleared for days. None of these issues were major individually, but hospitality is often defined by attention to small details, and those details matter. There is a lot to like about the property and the team were always pleasant, but the hotel would benefit from greater operational discipline and consistency across the guest experience."

"The Little Inn was ideal for our quick beach fix. Walk to the beach or the bay. Walking distance to many restaurants (a little noisy during the late evenings but no more than any hotel on the beach). The staff was very helpful with dinner suggestions and on site parking was a blessing for a busy beach."

"Have stayed here multiple times over the years. Room was clean, king bed was comfortable. Housekeeping checked in every day or so, this is an improvement over its prior Sonder ownership, as this was not included. Hallway carpeting is a let down, could certainly use a cleaning but this was only a mild insult at the price point. Location cannot be beat. Parking is paid, I feel this should not be the case."
