Driftwood in Blacksmiths is the perfect family beach house. Just a short 100m walk down the end of the street to the sandy shores, it’s designed for comfort, ease, and ultimate relaxation for a carefree coastal escape. Located in a central position, it’s within walking distance to the beach, surf lifesaving club, local shop, takeaway outlets, BBQ areas, and more.



Sleeping up to 5 guests comfortably, the home is designed for a family and offers all the modern conveniences you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. The property features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV streaming, and a coffee machine to cater to all your needs.



The lounge room offers plenty of cosy seating and is the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings and watch some TV. This area has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, but you’ll also enjoy beautiful afternoon sea breezes. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and includes a full-sized fridge, coffee machine, and dishwasher.



The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and ceiling fan, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed — perfect for children. There’s also an extra single bed in the fully enclosed sunroom, offering some privacy for a fifth guest.



The bathroom, while slightly older, is neat and tidy, featuring a shower over the bathtub, plus a separate toilet located in the laundry. A washing machine is available for your use.



The backyard is perfect for kicking a ball around, with a covered outdoor dining area and BBQ where you can sit and enjoy the sea breeze. There’s also a carport big enough for one car or a boat. Walk to the end of the flat street for direct beach access, and within minutes, you’ll be on the sandy shores of Blacksmiths Beach.



Blacksmiths is a fantastic beach holiday destination located on the channel of Lake Macquarie. With patrolled sandy beaches during the warmer months, a paved breakwall perfect for scenic walks or fishing, Grannies Pool (ideal for letting the kids swim!), multiple BBQ areas, shops, a playground, and a nearby boat ramp, there’s plenty to do. It’s also just a short drive to the Swansea town centre if you want more options — or simply kick back and enjoy the relaxed beachside vibe.



This home also includes a cot and highchair for infants (please note cot linen is not supplied).

Close to the beach.

4 minute to walk the beach - a bit further along the beach to get to the safe swimming area - a lovely walk though. Close to Swansea for Cole’s etc. Comfortable beds.
