"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. "Very pleased with my stay! The price was such a steal. You may not get all of the fancy amenities of a 4 or 5 star hotel, but it has everything you could need and felt safe and clean!
