"Anfangs waren wir verdutzt das der Burghof nicht mehr Burghof hieß . Haben vom Wirt erfahren das der Name am 1.9.19 gewechselt hat. Schlüsseübergabe um 16.30 im Restaurant. Deswegen frühere Anreise nicht nötig. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Bei Abreise Schlüssel in Briefkasten. Völlig problemlos. Immer wieder gern !"

"Checkin available only 5-8 PM. My room was very small and uncomfortable. The area is worst fior a hotel. My room was kept very cold. To save energy- I normally lik cold but that was too cold. 3% surcharge was added for paying with credit card. The manager is obviously trying to squeeze out every penny for this facility. There were much better options for equal or lower price in the Cologne area but I got stuck with this bad choice."

It was quiet since it was in the back of the building, but was within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores, and shops. There’s basic cookware and dishware to make a meal if you wanted. It was the perfect place to relax, and to prepare for a long day in town.
